Why Sasha?

I was working as a cocktail waitress the summer after college and was given the option to use an alias on my work badge. This was right before I got braces off and I was needing a certain "je ne sais quoi" to feel more confident. I had recently gotten out of a two year relationship with my first sugar daddy. (we'll get into that another time) gasps*

I was in desperate need of something to feel like I had control over my life so why not start from scratch. I would get dolled up in the dressing room, jumping into push up bras, bandage dresses, fishnet tights, and black kitten heels. Going out onto the casino floor full of customers who most times I could've literally picked up their jaw off the floor. I felt protected by this name I bestowed upon myself. It certainly gave rise to a confidence boost and charisma I had thought I lost. That summer I traveled a lot, whenever I'd find myself talking to a stranger who i felt was enticed by me I'd introduce myself as Sasha (no belle yet ;)

All in all I'm the same person with or without the name, even the top CEO's have an alter ego or figure they associate with before making a million dollar business deal.
